Nothing without basic rules
At Virtual Delta, all new hires must complete an initial flight. New members are required to submit their first flight report (PIREP) within fourteen (14) days of joining. If a new member does not submit a PIREP within this two-week period, their account will be deleted. During this initial period, members cannot request a Leave of Absence (LOA); completing a flight within the first fourteen (14) days is mandatory. If you do not complete the first flight within 14 days and are deleted, you will have to reapply to join us.
We understand that Virtual Delta pilots have real-life commitments that may affect their ability to fly. To accommodate pilots with limited time, we have established a flexible flight requirement to maintain active status. To remain active and avoid termination, pilots must complete at least one (1) flight every 30 days. Failure to meet this requirement will result in automatic termination. Pilots can rejoin Virtual Delta; however, if they fail to complete their first flight within 14 days for a second time, they will not be eligible for rehire.
When asked which airline you prefer, this will be your "Hub."
